Liz joined Radio 1 in 1987 and proceeded to build a very successful media career including Radio 5 Live and BBC 6 Music. Liz hosted daily news breakfast shows on BBC Local Radio, being the only woman to do so solo on the BBC at the time. From 2015, she made weekly appearances on Sky News reviewing the morning papers before moving to the newly launched GB News in 2021 to join Eamonn Holmes on Breakfast. On X she describes herself as 'Mad about music. Passionate about politics'!
